1 tablespoon Garam Masala
Salt-to taste
Vinegar
To Grind:

1 Bunch cilantro leaves
1 1/2 cups Spinach
Method:
1.In a shallow pan, add oil and fry whole spices(Cardamom, clove, bay leave, cinnamon).
2.Add ground paste, fry till the onions are cooked and the raw smell is gone.
3.Add Marinated chicken, cook on high for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add milk.
5.Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
